One of the things that is often lacking is the amount of intra team
participation. If we're looking for votes in this way, it'll be by
marketting your value to the team. This would encourage a higher
level of communication. And another Kin Strife between the Gondors
would be great fun to watch and/or participate in, no?

woo potential neutral allies is over, the diplomatic efforts to "win votes" for the
end game could begin. It would give a sense of rivalry to an allegiance, and might
even spark (role played) civil wars once a team was way out in front.

Most players who team-play more are just interested in winning the game.
They generally have a feeling who has pulled their weight and who has been
more individually orientated.
