in one of my own pop centers i see a - followed by another characters present at it, what does it mean? there is another character there not seen by the local militia?
It could mean nothing depending on where your getting the information. Jooverseer and Automagic may show that because there were previous reports and it hasn’t overwritten the old information completely while if it’s on a pdf it might mean you saw someone but couldn’t get a name to display on the printout.
