Possible virus warning

Hi,

Please be careful of viruses tomorrow, Valentine's day. It seems a likely
date for a malicious virus to spread amongst the extra Valentine e-cards,
especially as the whole point of Valentines are that you don't know who they
are from.

There is a well documented Valentine hoax, and also a Valentine virus from
last year, but perhaps something new will arrive this year.

My advice is;

* Never click on an attachment if anything about the email seems unlikely or
supsicious
* Get some antivirus software (I personally approve of Symantec/Norton, not
McAfee)
* If in doubt, leave an email alone and ask someone for advice

Sam

Is it? B*gg*r. Haven't got the wife anything - MUCH more of a danger than any virus...

RD: If it's any comfort Laurence, you and I are in the same boat. I usually
have an emergency present for wife but I must have been too generous over
Christmas as I've run out!

Can we organise a power cut or something so they won't see it mentioned on
telly? You could take yours out for a meal perhaps, and make out you'd
planned it for ages? Can't do that with mine as she has dodgy bowels and
temper to match. Oh dear.

Richard.

You could take yours out for a meal perhaps,

Mmmmm..... That'll cost money. Nope, on consideration I'll suffer a few days in the dog house instead.
