A player points out the following:
Priest spells: I emailed you some suggestions, all but one of which you
said
were ok, but both my priests are still getting the same old useless,
boring
Commune with your god costs 4 SP. Can we have some new spells please?
** Does that mean that now you want me to do them? I have doen up to
level
5 so far (just the 700 spells - arrghhh).
Well done, can I have all of them please? Seriously though, having a
priest
spend time Praying is a waste if he gets the same answer every time. I
thought that each time he Prayed, he got a new spell? Put another way, I
thought that Praying was how priests got new spells? Either way, yes, I
would like some more, pretty please!
It depends what levels players want. As mentioned a number of times there
are advantages and disadvantages to me doing the spells or the players doing
the spells. If I do them then you get a lot of spells early on but they
will not be as suitable to your posiiton as the game progresses (and will
not be changed unless there is a glaring error). If you do them you have
less good spells to start with (and no spells in some cases) but better ones
later on in when they are more useful.
