Prisoners Playing

I think the way you are doing things now is fine !! The other players
are gonna find out who is a prisoner when they get in a game because there
MAILING ADDRESS on the Front sheet tells you that !! Then they can decide to
either correspond with them or not !! How i found out i was in a game with
some !!

I , being a NYC Police Officer have even become great friends with
one of your players who is in Jail !! I find him to be more informative and
honorable than some other players i have played with in these games !! Hell
have even joined as a team with him and some of his buddies !!

I think you Barring them from games would be discimination on your
part !! Also i don't know of any laws in the US where you have to disclose
who is or was in jail to other players -- again this could be against the law
-- I only know of laws like Megan's law -- where the community should and
definatly the local goverment is notified about convicted and released Child
Molester's !!

To me all a player has to do is look at his front sheet -- look at
the mailing address of the player and when he realizes he is in a game with
someone in jail -- then it is up to that player to A-- either drop the game ,
B-- play the game and not be bothered with that player let someone else like
me do it or C-- contact that person !!

I think all Harly's responability is to let players know that
people who have been convicted of Crimes do play our games -- which you seem
to have done !! I also think that a player can then state that i Don't want
to be in a game with a person who is in Jail -- i was gonna say convicted
person -- but if i didn't state i was a police officer -- i could have been a
convicted criminal and now out of jail and no one would ever know here unless
i told them !!

I would like players opinions on Prisoners playing in games with them
please. How should we handle this? Should we respect their privacy and not
send out the details that you are playing with prisoners or do you have the
right to have such information?

Should we announce that prisoners might be playing in a particular game? At
present only postal games have them in the game. Any legal advice on this
welcome - we think we are covering the law here but would like to check for
everyone.

Thanks

Clint
