Hey Clint --
In your math regarding (cost - 600) for first high-ranking character, you
indicate that an evil non-human nation would pay 900 for their first E50. But
1400 - 600 = 800, not 900. (That error has been hanging around, but I
finally got around to mentioning it, since nobody else has pointed it out.)
