How about including, for all ratings:
1) the number of rated players at the top of web page
2) the mean or median rating value at the top of the web page
3) number of games used in the rating as a column for all ratings.#3 is an important one that has been included or taken for granted in most other proposed ratings, that I'm aware of. For the Council of the Wise it's especially important. It might be worth considering putting all the votes together in a table and sorting by "Votes per Game", using Total Votes (or similarly sorting the 3 seperate ones this way). This "rating" is cumulative, 10 votes in 10 games shouldn't necessarily put me ahead of the guy with 9 votes in 4 games.
(these comments would likely be equally valid with any other proposed rating system I expect)
And for purely cosmetic and user-friendly reasons, can you add "Next", "Previous", and "Up" links instead of simply "Back" (which all browsers come with anyway) ?
And hey! I keep checking for my name under Rhudaur but can't find it....
