This comment by Lautence caused me to look at the PRS and several glaring errors seemed to leap out at me. Examples: Team John Simpson is shown as having played four games, when I know for a fact it is on its second gsme. Team US3 is shown on its fifth game when it is also on its second game. What is up? It throws into doubt the validy of the entire PRS.

Council of the Wise listings are arbitrarily cut off at the end of page
2. Some, but not others of the players with 2 votes are listed. So you
either need to cut it off at the end of 3 votes, or add a third page.

What is up? It throws into doubt the validy of the entire PRS.
Several glaring errors is very emotive. I'd say: "I've noticed some potential mistakes can you investigate?"... but that's my style.
They are welcome to get in touch if they feel things are in error - we've posted what information we have.. John's team might well have been under a different name OR said that it played before on the original sheet when we asked - hence not an error just reporting what players have given us. If players feel that their rating is in error get in touch.
Given that, we're pretty sure that none of the information is 100% accurate (for example most players don't know exactly when they started so their Maia rating might be out a little but as time goes on that should sort itself out) - but hopefully as time goes on it will get more accurate .
Ed haven't you removed yourself from the PRS system? So why are you commenting? I don't understand - if you don't want to take part then what's your problem with "the validity of the entire PRS"?
Like I said I'd prefer to re-open in depth the debate about PRS in about 3 months please as I'm busy trying to get the GSI deal sorted at present. If you want me to get the GSI deal sorted please hold off. If you don't then fire away.
