Question about army/dragons

What would you have done differently if the combat calculator had said you
were going to lose. Try to run away? Seems unlikely. Even if you were
going to lose, you would still going to attack to try to whittle down the
enemy.

If you have preknowledge of the size and makeup of the enemy forces then
you might stay back until the CC says you're a winner. You can get some
personal satisfaction if the CC says you'll win before the battle, but
other than that, I don't base or change my strategy because of what it says
(or doesn't say) will happen.

I did have preknowledge of the battle -- i did a scout going in
and new he had that dragon and did a recon knowing full well he had 800
Troops which i assumed was HI !! CC did says i was a winner and all the
others i had run the numbers said so to -- i have put it out there so ya
could do the numbers -- i don't know how many times i got to tell anyone -- i
am not asking for a rerun -- i just want to know how someone who has someone
out gunned 5 to 1 is the one over run !! That is what seems odd to me !!
Don't have a problem with the mutual destruction actually expected it as my
troops are the one who are gonna take the brunt of the dragons whallop -- but
as i stated i should have had say 1 guy left standing so to speak and thus
the win and not been over run !!

You did have one guy standing - the dragon. I'm sure he's very happy about the increase to command rank.
