Part of the genius of this game is its ability to contain multi-levels of play within one shell. The random VCs role is encourage a level of play that amounts to anti-British 'spirit of the game' play.

Randomize Numbers only if you eliminate the artifact #'s from VC's (or artifacts entirely, or here's an idea...VC's themselves...) and preferably increase the potency of the 412 order.
