Aye -- I know he was talking about FDR -- don't think he
was the greatest Prez -- think Teddy was !!
Also, the Barbary Pirates (ie, Tripoli) were defeated
during the Thomas Jefferson administration (during the
period between 1801-1805).
I know they Where defeated then -- but ya still
had a small contingent back in the early 1900's -- was why Teddy sent in the
Marines to wipe um out !!
