1) Unclear Rules Section:
The section on Army/Navy movement that deals with Overruns.
Looking up overrun in the index (7th Ed) gives Page 30, and
Overrun is there in one place in brackets. It is referring to
an army being able to push past and rout other armies if it is
big enough.
What about armies that are neutral to each other?
The section continually uses the term "non friendly/tolerant"
which we know INCLUDES neutral relations, but in the 2nd last
sentence, where it uses the word overrun, it also refers to
"these enemy armies", obviously in regards to the very same
non-friendly/tolerant armies the section is discussing.
But we know that we cannot fight a Neutral nation because they
are not an "enemy".
Can you overrun neutral armies or vice versa? Is the word "enemy"
used erroneously in this section or is non-f/t technically wrong?
2) Nation Messages regarding Loyalty Drops
Various sources from various threads have gotten back to me
regarding loyalty drops for no apparent reason in pops. The
consensus is that YES, emissaries can do 525's and NOT create
Nation Messages, but that this event IS NEW. My experience that
it has NEVER happened until recently HAS been confirmed by others.
Stealth has been mentioned by others as a possible cause for
loyalty drops without messages...but it doesn't explain the fact
that it had not happened previously.
Has the program been changed here?
