Does anyone have a list of the season change dates for the game?

Not specifically...but if you can find a calendar with the days that the season officially changes in real life, that's when it changes in the game too. I believe that those are the same as the equinoxes and solstices -- and the winter solstice is the 21st of December, so that is the season change that is coming up.

Isn't it different UK to US (or am I just being ignorant?!)? I know the game uses US season dates.

The 21 of December, March, June, and September.
Sometimes it "officially" wanders to the 22nd, like
leap years, but the 21's are the dates.
