Season change

For some reason I'd looked specifically at Dec 21st, with Brad's reminder of
the other 21st's I had a trawl back through my archives and found turns
processed on two of the other 21st's, March and June as it happened, the
season had moved forward to Spring and Summer.

And if Brad pays the air fair I'll consider buying all of the Canadian
21sters a pint

I didn't say it "was" leap years, I say "like" leap
years - not always the same.

If the 21st isn't the programmed date, hardcoded in an
ancient computer program that likely isn't bouncing
signals off the sun to determine the Exactly Official
Royally Decreed Solstice, then feel free to come on
out to Canada and I'll buy all you 22nders a pint.

Just to clarify - it's always (at least, since I've been playing) been
the 21st on which seasons change. All four. If the turn runs on March
21st it's Spring, June 21st it's summer, September 21st it's fall, and
December 21st it's winter. If the 20th, then the previous season. No
gray area.

Hth all.
