If your turn report says that a PC is under seige and 'Revenue Expected Next Turn' does not include the taxes or gold production. Does this mean that you will not get taxes and production during the next turn if the seige is lifted.
Pop Center captured on the Turn 8 Result sheet and listed as seiged. Do you get the revenue for this pop center on starting on turn 9 or 10?

The production listed includes the sieged pop center, but the income
does not. So if you just captured a town and have 60% taxes your real
income is understated by 3,000, etc.
