My apologies for stepping on toes. But, a double negative must be within
the same contextual statement. He made two statements. First, that they
were not infected. The second, that the virus wasn't spread to the rest of
us. Both individually were proper. Collectively, they actually clarified
that, not only did they catch the virus before it damaged their system
(other than to bring them to a screeching halt, evidently), but they didn't
let it pass through the system to the rest of us. You can spread a virus on
a remailer without being infected. He was saying neither had happened. If
you really want to nit pick... But then, I was just trying to be my usual
picky self as well. No harm, no foul. OK?

Well, as the spirit of my inane wit either missed the mark totally,
or slammed into this gentleman like a brick wall.
Mr Math,
I do believe you recently introduced yourself to this board, again.
Well, either you are aware that I am an easy consensus target for this
kind of idiocy, or you are soon to become less popular than I....
And, it's more grammer than math, if one wants to nit pick. If you
are merely considering the 2 concepts expressed by the 2 sentences,
then they contradict each other, no? Not my fault Clint lays these
traps for us anal nit-picking morons to leap all over....
Best Regards,
Brad Brunet
ps - out of childish spite, my greatest wish is for you to be a
Dark Servant in 1650 game 66....hehehehehe

There was no double negative in that line... He didn't say
anything about
not sending it to none of us. He said "we have NOT sent this virus

positive. Wherever you went to school, they clearly need to review
math, or
what a negative is, or both.

What do they teach you about double negatives? It's lines like this
that put the Fear of Sauron into me.....bb
