But I already knew what I *could* do. As my question indicated, I was
attempting to gauge the social tendencies prevelant in the MEPBM
community on this matter.
Due to other replies on this thread, for better or for worse, I think
I have my answer.
You can always start as a neutral then all you need to share is up
to you. This also allows you to try things you wouldn't normanlly
have the time as a nation to do
