Just wondering, can a character issue a "Command - Skill" order along
with a "Command - Misc" order? Or does the latter also count as
command skill?
Basically wondering if I can hire troops with my Commander, and then
split the army up in two and transfer one part to another character,
who then moves out with the army? Or do I need to hire troops with the
first Commander, and have him move the troops out, and then hire a new
army with the other Character next turn?

Yes you can recruit and split in one turn, the comm misc order does not
count as comm skill order.
