Sorry, Richard, the decision has already been made. Harley posted it for less than 24 hours for comment. I think that is called "log rolling". In any event it will be done as a game variant, which is OK with me.

If you are referring to an upcoming game which involves me or my team, I
refuse to accept that "a decision has already been made" (by who?) without
consulting the players, which includes those on my team!

the concept of ending a game if it's greater than 2:1

player opinion was mixed, and harley said they'd try it out in
games only with player agreement.
