In regards to non agents with stealth escaping capture. I game 90 1650
by GSI, my character Lanthir of the Sinda Elves with 30 stealth was
caputured when we lost a fight at Barad Ungol. He escaped right after
the battle in hex 3124. Tarondor of North Gondor was also captured. He
has 10 agent and he was still held captive.
