Stirring the Pot, (not smoking it!)

Seem to have started some mild interest,

However, no business man in his right mind would sell this game right now
before the movies come out. With some real savy above ground marketing you
could probably increase the interest/play in this game 100 fold.

Yeah, but given GSI's, head in the sand approach, or 'Mmmm, whens the next
egg due to be laid?' it ain't goona happen...........you know it, I know
it............
they certainly know it..............
'Just send em an update...........whatrs in it?, dunno!, run it and the
players will tell you!' With this kind of attitude, you are on to a winner,
NOT.

Doing some maths, (math for the benefit of our USA brethren)
Lets just suppose...........
There are 700 players, they all play in one game only, throughout the
year.....
Thats 26 turns each = £3-90 x 26, a shade over £100 / individual, or £7000 in
total.........
Now I'm in several, many people I know are in 6+, (the figures climbing
rapidly.......)
But then you have got Clints wages.................& the cat food etc

So I reckon it would be a snip at around the £100-150,000 mark, but I'm
guessing here big time............

So, lets say that we are able to put some sort of conglomoration together
to try to buy this game. How much money would people be willing to invest?
We will need more than $100-150K because we will need some operating
capital/marketing dollars. Probably shoot for around $250-300K

You could count on me for $5000 US..

The time is now before GSI figures out what they have. Plus with the movie
out they are doing maximum marketing which creates awareness that we can
benifit from for nothing. Can you imagine having some street teams at
movie theaters across the country dropping flyers to people saying you want
to participate and control the fate of a nation of middle earth? Play with
people all over the world?

The thing about this game is it isn't for everyone, but once you get
hooked, your pretty much hooked for life.
