Hya everyone
We need some nice comments about Stuart. How professional, he is, how
glad(exceptionally so) you are that we brought him over. Here's your
chance to ethuse (gush like you have never gushed before) about how great
we are as we need them to keep Stuart. How you are glad that his American
perspective has helped the transition to MEPBM Games, and that without him
you would have to seriously consider remaining a customer. That sort of
thing.
Quickly please as well - and please give us permission to use them in a
letter to an official source...
Thanks your help is much appreciated and Stu's arse is on the line...
Clint
Money or permit...?
If he wants money... he's in the wrong business.
If it's for the permit... are you really sure that the FO wants comments
from PBMers...?
There's a website that produces automatic references of this kind, but I
can't remember where it is. Bother. You could have had hundreds that way!
Gavin
I assume you want emails, not posting here.
Should the letters be couched as "letters of recommendation
or commendation" or just casual emails? What is Stu's
last name?

Stuart Taft - emails would be fine or postings.

To Clint (and whomever else it may concern):
I, for one, consider Stuart an invaluable member of your team, without whom
(as the evidence - namely the "customer service" provided by you lot before
his arrival - clearly shows) you would go down the tubes. I can safely say
that without the excellent customer service, and considerable game-specific
technical knowledge and ability, that Stuart brings to your "enterprise," I
would have to seriously consider bringing my gaming business elsewhere.
How can you _think_ of letting him go?!?

Clint,
Stuart Taft has provided me with excellent customer service
throughout his tenure at DGE and in his current position with
Harlequin. I was very happy to hear he was moving to Harlequin
when Harlquin took over hosting MEPBM and consider his joining
your team critical to my decision to continue the games I am
currently in and join further games hosted by Harlequin.
Stuart is an excellent resource and critical to your continued
success with US players. His loss would irreparably damage
your relationship with us American players and inevetably cause
serious reductions in the number of US players using Harlequin
as their MEPBM service.

Clint,
I am writing to let you know how pleased I am that Stuart is working with
you. I was a long term client of GSI & DGE and have known Stuart in that
capacity for years. His knowledge base and experience with the game are
priceless, he is courteous and responsive to every concern, and he had
answered many a difficult question, and resolved several administrative
problems for me in my long association with his former employers.
When my teammates urged that we sign on with your company just a couple of
months ago, I admit I was hesitant, having had one bad experience with a
non-USA company in the past. My doubts were resolved when I heard that
Stuart had made the move. True to form, he has already answered two thorny
rules questions (one would think after 12 years I wouldn't have these
questions, but I do), and I know I can rely on good service from any
organization with which he is affiliated. No slight intended, but I still
hardly know you and the rest of your crew. I am confident that our
association will continue for a long time to come, and I have to give Stuart
credit for increasing my comfort level with the change to MEPBM.
Please feel free to share these comments with Stuart, and with any
interested party.

As an American MEPBM player I had many concerns when your company assumed
control of all the american run games from Deft. When I began playing MEPBM
I had many questions which Stuart amswered. He was always available by
telephone or e-mail. He personally helped me fix errors on my turns which
would have greatly affected the outcome of my games. When Deft no longer had
the liscencing for MEPBM I planned to quit playing. Your hiring of Stuart is
the reason I continued to play.
