We are looking to improve our website, the specific goal to encourage new
players that we are a respected firm with a good track record. It can be
hard to tell just from a website whether the firm is for real, or might be
some evil scam! 
We would like to include testimonials from players - please email us with a
short sentence or two, plus confimation that you are willing to have your
name and email address on our website. Please comment on our quality of
customer support, value for money or anything.
Of course if no-one replies, we'll know that we need to pull our socks up.

I think the comment in the latest Flagship sums it up. I'd add that you run
the game really well with virtually a 100% ontime record in getting results
out. On those very rare occasions that there are order entry mistakes, you
correct them quickly without whinging. You're accessible, as shown by the
MEPBM mailing list, and tolerant of pests, as shown by my email exchanges
with Clint a few months ago. The game is very good value for money and seems
to attract a lot of repeat business, including myself. You even have the
best stand at the Flagship Con.

Middle-earth is one of the best fantasy wargames on the market, as is shown
by the fact that it has been running more years than I have been playing,
and under Harlequin's management is going from strength to strength.
Harlequin's GM's are second to none, input errors very rare and speedily
corrected, questions and suggestions answered promptly. We all moan about
prices, but for heaven's sake, what other leisure activity only costs you
four quid a fortnight?
