I just had the ring in 302 (I was Elrond). Cirdan destroyed the ring
this turn. He was a powerful character and was able to give one set
of orders (atleast) in possesion of the ring.
A couple of interesting facts. On the turn Elrond PC'd Mardrash and
took the ring, I had him try to 360 it to a weaker character. The
ONE RING refused to be transferred. Cirdan ended up with it by
stealing it. In the same turn as the challenge..we Frees stole the
ring from each other four times (starting at Elrond) and it ended up
on Cirdan.
The ONE RING was listed as 'an evil' artifact and gave Cirdan no
assisstance. His challenge rating was the same...etc. Did the ring
give Mardrash any assistance? Reading the challenge report...it
didn't appear to.
