Is it possible to set the priority on the auto-ack? As I understand the principles, setting the priority to 'Highest' ensures that the email takes the shortest/fastest route to its destination. Ditto for turn submission - I ALWAYS set the priority for my turn to the highest setting, ensuring the mail servers/routers/bridges/nodes, pass the message along the fastest route.
As to house rules query (can't remember who asked - Brad???), you should have got one (txt/doc file???) with your turn set-up...lets face it, we have fourteen days to decide what we're going to do....and if my games are anything to go by, most decisions are made on the very last day. So maybe we as players should get our collective act together, and stop blaming Harlequinn for our mistakes/tardiness.

I'm generally in 4 games at once...so I get a new one of those
every game. It's a relatively large file that, for an experienced
player, isn't as brief and to the point as I would like. I'm
simply not going to read the entire thing every game scanning for
the odd tid bit of re-written material that may have such an impact
as "We have totally changed how we accept turns and are not
publishing this change anywhere else."
Besides - as I pointed out, the web link went nowhere at the time
I was writing...haven't checked today.

*** I am pretty sure that players have asked for all the details to be covered there and complain when we haven't. Before DGE the HR were 2 pages long, now they are considerably bigger.
We put a date on each HR when we update it for ease of player use.

*** If that was the case you might have a point. However, we multiply inform players of any changes that impact on them and then add them to the HRs.

*** Will check that. Can you remind what the problem was. As per usual I prefer to deal with queries directly rather than in a public forum.

Anyone able to confirm this or know anything more about this?
