Maybe there could be a small section at the beginning,
"Changes since the last version" or somesuch. Or change bars. Or
PDF Notes. Since I don't recall getting one with my last start,
I can't remember the format! But you get the idea.

Similar to "phone or fax" turns in, a documented House Rules is
soon to be archived in the museum department, I would expect. This
general phase of technological transition from paper to internet
is simply showing it's growing pains with threads such as this...
Me? I eagerly await a MEOW-like internet interface that will
provide for 24 hour turnover games....house rules be damned then!
