Perhaps Harley has the source code also. They are certainly evasive when questioned on this subject.. Also, I have noticed a rather strange event recently.

So if I understand this correctly the spanish version run by Central
De Jocs is a different version run by ME Games(rather than just the
languages).
Does that mean Central De Jocs have access to the code and they
changed it themselves ? If so how come ME Games doesn't have the same
access ? Or is it that GSI gave them a different/older version of the
game ?
Cheers

Also, thinking you may be right on the source code as Clint knows the
array limits for some of the orders.
Could be right but unfortunately not. When we hit the kidnap limit I asked GSI if there were any other "shocks" like that hard coded into the game and they sent me a list which I no longer have.

You could ask them to send you the list again

Okay for clairty - the list may be in the office but I have no idea where it is. I am hoping that it won't be an issue in the future but we'll see if it comes up then we'll deal with any programming issues then. It could be in an email but we've got a few thousand that it could be part of...
