Hey Ben,
a bit fast on the trigger there: As far as I remeber UK means United
Kingdom, and the game he refers to would be based in Wales - home of
Harlequin, football, beer and many other nice things I'm sure 
Personally I'd prefer a 12vs12 game - like the WC games. Maybe forts
on 1910 and 4217 - maybe not.
And maybe switching the Neutrals a bit: Cs and Rhudaur DS, Duns &
Harad FP. That should add some spice to the naval action down south,
but there are probably other things that have to be considered. But a
FTF game with onsite evaluation would be the best place to test a new
scenario - IMHO.
