30p is an insignificant amount but I play in a lot of games so my weekly
increase is well over TEN times that amount. I certainly would not have
started a new weekly game recently if I knew about the very significant
(15%)price rise coming. Of course, in the world of Real Politik I could drop
some games but I think that is unfair to my fellow players .
So are black people only employed for the sake of political correctness? I
know you are not saying that (I hope!) but your remarks could be interpreted
in that offensive (to me) way. I have lots of prejudices which I often
parade but there are bounds of taste. If I seriously thought you were
transgressing them, then I would not have added an ironic 'piously' which
you seem to have missed. Perhaps if you were to lighten up......

RD: I did notice that you signed yourself "piously," but as the rest of your message was totally lacking any discernible humour, light-heartedness or irony, I took it as part and parcel of the rest of your message, which -I- found pretty offensive.
