As numbers grow, any chance of having an event on both coasts?
Yes that's one plan but we'd have to see. So far upto around 26 players.
Recommendations:
East - Boston or Atlanta
Central - Chicago or Dallas
West - LA or PhoenixYou might even consider holding it in an airport hotel/convention center for easy access. Less on-ground transportation cost and usually cheaper nightly rates.
If we can avoid hotels that would be best and have a central co-ordinator organising free accomodation for those hardy and cheap, and the richer get a nice bed in a hotel. 
A hotel room for 3 nights would add to the expense but that would be upto each individual to decide and we'd organise locations and accomodation so that we can get a group rate I'd guess. Ideally someone in the US could do that.
I do event planning for my company. Bring the game to the Raleigh-Durham area (Raleigh Durham International Airport - Airport code RDU) and I'll volunteer to help make arrangements. For the UK crowd, there's a straight flight from Gatwick!
Yep just 2 1/2 hrs from Cardiff.. (Been there before). It's okay and we'd have to fly from there or Heathrow in the majority of cases anyway. Our budget is probably less.. :0-)
