What do you guys need to produce the FTF?
We need 3 rooms, electricity and keen players of ME. Somewhere to sleep as well. Probably extension cables and those with laptops to bring them as well. Ideally the location would be free (as would the sleeping). Food optional - somewhere cheapish to eat for 25 people every night (or phone for pizza etc).
As for location in the States - it has to be able to fit the above and be accessible cheaply by the majority of the players coming.

Lots of talk about big cities versus smaller venues. What do you need technology wise? What kind of place would be ideal to hold it? Give us an idea of what's optimal for you and I'm sure we can help you find it in the US.
