Clint's speculation on victory points and pops and their loyalties is absolutely correct. As for testing it, that can be done by NOT making camps and using your emissaries to improve your starting pop centers. Have done this several times and you get, far and away, more victory points by concentrating emissaries on pop upgrades.

Brad,

I am getting ready to release an article for Bree or the web site
that will make people stand up and look at Victory Points in a whole
new light.

As for Orome, he is a pretty big dude...found lots of good stuff on
him but only exact spot he pops up is Arda...and I think this is a
longshot at best on this riddle (Arda = too broad).

p.s. I was told by Clint that a possible POP equation is: a camp is
1xloyalty, VIL = 2xloyalty etc for an additive "score" which yields
RANK. I am testing this now.

Oooh Goodie. This is useful knowledge. Use your newly named
30 point emissaries to Improve Pops! That's great. I can't wait
for an "ally" to *Try* that, and then explain it away by saying:
"I'm trying to build victory points!"...
