Mongolia isn't going to help us decide on a location and/or locations... 
What I would like is:
Name of player(s) - locations that the would be happy to travel to. Main 3
areas - DC, Chicago/Minneapolis, Origins convention in Columbus (not a fan
of this as we won't be at the convention so there seems little point in
arranging around it), Vegas. (Minneapolis we might have a location and
eating arrangements and 15 players that are happy to play there maybe
Chicago).
(Note games are generally hectic. Start 5pm Friday, play 3-4 turns, go to
sleep [Or most players chat to 3 in the morning], start again at 9am play
through the day, maybe have a small break for lunch, stop at 11pm, chat or
sleep, wake up, play from 9am-10pm again....] No chance for sight seeing or
the like. (You generally live on pizza for a couple of days...) so living
expenses are minimum unless you hotel it. (Floor is fine for us).
I am taking names as they turn up and will then contact you all - and
advertise it in Bree as well. As the players have to pay for our travel
costs �750 (estimated), we'd like to have either one game, or two games in
the same location, or two games in different locations similar period of
time. So one a week earlier than the other and we'd do a bit of sight
seeing? Works out to be around �20 a player. The further we travel the
more cost for you guys. �12 if we run two games - maybe less if they are in
the same location (much preferred for us). (Turns are at the reduced cost
of �2.90 and �2.50 for the 2nd nation).
