Just received first turn results in game 60 and what's this? A DS
army just one hex NE of my only unfortified Pop. Centre? Hmmm. Gotta
be QA. Nobody else could get there. Hmmm. Just passing through? Got
lost? Come to check out the nightlife in Barazon? Gonna have to go
with reason number 1, anything else would just be silly. Can't wait
to hear from you QA. Corsairs

I'm not in your game, but in another as the QA I ran across a Harad PC
by mistake. I think he's still pissed about it, though I didn't do
anything...

In Eriador there have been a plauge that tends to hit army commanders,
twisting their minds (and navigational instincts). Its called the "Argeleb
Go weeeeest syndrom" (it's very persistent and often last a whole game).
It could be that your "friendly" neighbour is just fooling around with his
map and the east/west keeps get confused.
