We are still attempting to plan the two day ME game - any takers?
What if it was an Email game as well? Basically you would sit in front of
the computer and send in turns. Payment in advance please though... 
Turns would have to be more expensive than the �2.00 offered earlier (more
work for us and a lot less fun) though �3.00 a turn would be my guess (we'd
cut down on the paper work our end so no Front sheets and charge at the end
of the day). So we would run over a two day period an all email game around
the time after Boxing day (my 30th Birthday) to the 31st Dec - maybe a 3 day
event? Probably a 10 vs 10 game - definitely with no Neutrals though
processing turns every ONE-TWO hours. Start at 10am finish at 6pm
(negotiable could do longer hours!). If you miss your turn - TOUGH - we do
nothing but a SS turn. If you mess up the orders - TOUGH, if we mess up the
orders - TOUGH. If you are happy to play by these rules it's great fun
(when we run it in the office we found there was not enough time to do the
edits and keep the turns flowing other than for some very basic
ammendments - we found that it was okay though - just making sure players
knew! - no game alterign errors occurred).
You can play more than position if you want to - we'll allocate randomly -
not sure about this - let's see what you want before I make a decision about
this.
We could also do an email vs postal team game - whereby we have a team in
the UK in Cardiff, playing in the office as one team and the email players
as the other team. I think one turn an hour might work then.
With international players we might have to shift the times around somewhat
but this could be arranged. (I personally prefer to play later in the day).
Please discuss and inform me:
1) If interested and what format you want
2) If not interested, but would be interested if the format was changed to
XXX
3) What dates you are availabe - and what dates not.
We have space for sleeping.
It's great fun - read Colin Forbes article in Bree about it all - hectic,
mad and entertaining...
