As all the players I’ve talked to agree, Ents and Huorns used to show up in Fangorn pcs so you could send an army to collect the, which no longer happens.
Now it just came to me, it has been a long time since I’ve seen Lamthanc show up in a Mordor pc. He is a dragon who hangs around Mordor and because there are typically so many Mordor popcenters, he is very likely to be spotted when he isn’t in an army. This make it very easy to recruit again and again. Except he doesn’t. So he isn’t.
It’s actually a non-trivial loss for the Dark Servants, one that I’ve seen my DS team feel again and again. But it took until now for the penny to drop.
