Back to agents, I’ve not a great memory but you do tend to see the higher ranks get their shots off first, might be similar to army movements but there has to be a random factor in there, lets hope its a dice roll
I’ve taken note of this dilemna before: multiple agents stealing the same artifact, and multinational emissary companies stealing pops, and have seen any theory refuted by “apparent randomization”. Nothing scientific, no acceptable pool of statistical data, but my few glimpses at situations where this applies have always messed with what I thought at the time.
Excepting, of course, market sells. It’s my firm belief that the nations, like, say, Rhudaur with a 25,000 deficit, who need it the most, go last. But that’s a purely objective point of view and could easily be disproven by the theory that it’s only when MY nations need it the most do the GM’s interfere and make sure I crash and burn.
