Wildcard Systems

Okay we did not want it but the DGE Site has been shut down DESPITE us
trying to pay for it. Here's what we sent. We'll try and get it up and
running again soon as possible.

Clint

Hi Darren

You have not replied to my last two emails, both requests for account
details, such as passwords and information concerning the cgi we purchased
from Deft.

Now I see that the www.deftgaming.com site is no longer active, which is
directly in contradiction to our requests and Harold Ford's request.

My first four emails to Wildcard received only one reply between them,

which

said that Rodger Scroggin was very busy and would deal with my requests as
soon as possible.

I was delighted when emails to you produced immediate responses, but
unfortunately that seems to have stopped.

I have struggled to remain polite and understanding, in the face of what
appears to be bad customer relations and now a broken service!

If you were going to cancel the www.deftgaming.com site, for whatever
reasons, you should have contacted me first. That is inexcusable.

If there is some aspect of our interactions that I have misunderstood,

then

···

I apologise.

Yours,

Sam Roads

We have heard back from them - it should be back soon. ("Define soon
Clint" - ans "Don't know but soon")
