I had the same problem with Yahoo mail. Thus, I do not use Yahoo
mail...
At work, Internet Explorer did not want to download the pdf.
If would not view it, and would not download it, even after "scanning"
for viruses, as yahoo recommends...
I had to forward it to another email address to get it.
That always worked.
At home, using Netscape, I had no problem at all, ever.
Go figure.
For the record, Netscape web mail gave all sorts of other silly
problems, so if you wisely are searching for a replacement for the
Yahoo address, don't check out Netscape......
