Are you quitting with two turns to go? That is worse than losing straight out. Surely you can stick it out? Or does it mean that when you say you are conceeding you mean you plan to play the game out but realize that you will not win?

Tbh, I would have carried on had my last orders run properly - not that the outcome would have changed, but at least I might have kept the Dwarves’ dignity!
As things stand, carrying on two turns would just be throwing £10 down the drain. I have no doubt that you will take the Dwarves’ capital now (I don’t think you could have before) - what point is there for me to play those last two turns? Instead I’d rather put my (not unlimited) funds towards a new game, new challenges, something that isn’t a forgone conclusion…
