I’m sorry to report a battle injury this turn. Avas of Igath, whose scout force was viciously attacked by a pack of rabid dwarves, accidently bit his tongue while fleeing the battle and fell to “99 health” this turn.
This injury will be avenged! Let the Campaign of Khandian Northward Agression begin!
Ya know, without the Northmen the Free don’t have any idea what could be going on in the Rhun sea area. We could have armies running around all over the place, and they wouldn’t see them until it’s too late. You elves might want to send more reinforcements.
As predicted, the “mini-nation” of the WK taught that traitor Saruman a lesson in humilty at Bar-el-Tinnan. Which Freep scum will be the next to taste Orc steel? The drums of doom beat louder from inside Minas Morgul with each passing turn. Where will the next wave of armies come from? Only the Shadow knows. Mt. Gundabad and Mt.Gram will be avenged!! I would mock you further but I prefer a challenge and right now it’s much too easy.
<<Sounds like you were quite worried about its fate…>>
I think he was more laughing about your elf buddy’s earlier claim at being able to take a city with 100 loyalty. I see your goals are much lower now . . . emmy strikes at villages, indeed!
Where are you heading to Bulrakur? The North has been lost to you, so I suggest you take your little sidekick and head back south where you can be useful.
Ben, go ahead and spend the resources to build any bridge you choose. It will be more useful to us than you. And if it’s not, we’ll destroy it.
Thanks to Dwarven ingenuity, Dilgul stands strong and the Rhun area is securely Free, so whether or not we see the DS hardly matters: it’s not enough to make us flinch.
Regarding Northern Gondor: you worry about keeping the hapless Dragon Lord and Rhun Easterlings alive, and any other crippled DS nations. You’ve spent many turns focusing on NGondor, and during that time we have not been idle.
In other areas it looks like the QA will be humiliated in Harad this turn. And so will the Long Rider at the hand of Taurnil’s troops.
Murazor, if it is easy for you now that is our intention. When we choose the time to kill you, it will be done.
That is the voice of vulnerability coming from the Mouth of Sauron. Now he knows we can enter the Dark Tower at a time of our choosing and kill his commanders there. Imagine the startled looks on his minions twisted faces when Azgurath was cut down and Grishnahk writhed and turned to ashes.

Their deaths shall be avenged. And you shall suffer for your impudence, little wretch. Gondor shall fall, and soon the elves shall be swept into the sea or gutted on a pike.
Pelargir may fall, but Gondor will not. As your territory momentarily expands, lets see if the DS have enough commanders-- as we continue to kill them-- to protect their pop. centers with armies.
With a major pop. center still hidden in Mordor, and others soon that will be added, we’ll make you pay for your focus on Gondor.
And if we choose to steal all your gold every turn so that you couldn’t hire an army, we would do the same.
However, OUR agents prefer to kill your characters. The genius who stole 788 gold from Mithlond-East has our awe-struck applause. You keep stealing and we’ll keep killing.
Besides NGondor, the rest of us have pretty much maxed out on characters, but feel free to follow your strategy.
OvaryRuss, our apologies for the confusion. We will add other Major Towns, though not necessarily hidden ones.
A debate has risen over whether to hide Minas Tirith and keep it safe. Since one of the items on the list of DS incompetencies is their failure to reveal pop. centers, a hidden Minas Tirith would likely be safe for many turns.
As for the good Glosfana has done, I wouldn’t close the book on that one yet. When it is finally revealed it won’t need its hidden status to remain safe.
You’re so outnumbered on the board here that I almost feel sorry for you. Where are your smack-talking allies? Where is the infesting Roberto Weed? Ah, yes, Fall has come . . . weeds begin to fade away as the Winter of the DS approaches . . . I predict many of you FP will not see another Spring!
I don’t know if it’s an American thing, but the Italians and other Europeans are not as much into smack-talking as I am. I like it because it raises the stakes, for the humiliation is more pointed if you are bragging about sacking, say Barduath, one turn, but when the results come it’s still standing stubbornly.
Do you feel safe in Imladris, little Gelding? Hiding behind El-Drone`s skirts? I bet we could take it in one turn…but there are so many targets and so little time…
Ha! now who is bragging about being able to take a City with a 100 loyalty? The reason there are so many targets is because we keep taking them from you, or building our own. And the reason there is “so little time” is simple: the hammer we wield will soon be crushing your skull.
With 3-4 emissaries in, or approaching, the 90-level rank, I doubt you could compete with us in the area of verbal power.
And the fact that we killed the Blind Sorcerer Curate helps boost that claim.
I enjoy the “smack talking” because it offers a chance to sort of get to know your opponents as the game progresses. If someone is ever offended by me here, then they’re taking me WAY too seriously. Several of my allies (friends, even) in this very game were once opponents with whom I traded insulting banter with. I doubt we would all be playing together now if not for the opportunity to taunt each other here.
And, by the way, a 90-rank emmy is only slightly better than a 70-ish. Don’t take my word for it. Watch the coming turns.
