It is laughable that the DS must rely on dragons to defend Mordor. They won’t always be there when you need them.
Except nations, we have more of everything than you: more pop. centers, more characters, more SM mages, more and better agents, more and better emissaries, and now all we need is more luck. Really, Rothmog cutting through a good guard to assassinate Gildor? <shrugs> just plain lucky…
Laugh all you want OvariesRust, right now the White Wizard has more troops in the Sturlurtsa Khand area than you. And since you have lost several thousand troops there the past few turns, your military capability IS reduced.
You have baited me…you have more and better emmies than us? More pop.centres? We have been laying camps like crazy…yet it`s t22 and no pop.center limit has been reached…what does that say to you? Also, you are only beginning to see our emmisary power…and your cream of agents and cursers are playing mordor-roulette as Galadriel and Gildor can testify…maybe Rothmog was plain good? Or is that unpalatable?
Oh the pain of not being able to respond to the forum when I’m reading my email in an internet cafe!
Well, I’m home now and I’m glad I achieved my goal of baiting Murmur. But OvathaRuss, you didn’t respond in kind. Just because I say something doesn’t mean I mean it. And I mean that!
What’s wrong with this picture, anyway? I talk to my “enemies” more than my allies! You guys wanna hear some Elvish poetry?
Next year at this time, when we have won or are on the verge of victory, I’ll remind you of what I said about this game going on for a long time after Angurth spoiled our Mordor campaign.
So, you obviously dont think we got a good scout at the front door then? Perhaps we dont know whos at 3121 or Morannon...perhaps we dont know who is visiting the new DS stronghold of minas tirith? Arent you afraid of being over-run in gondor whilst your pansy armies potter around in mordor? All that wonderful hills and rough in khand and harad now providing us with a steady income over the winter...all those armies we are building. 12 nations must have some advantage over 10, dont you agree? Unless we`re unco-ordinated…
No boasting? And we gave you all day to get the first jab in?? Well, not much to boast about I guess. Pecking Din was nice, but otherwise, I’d call it for the DS again. The writing’s not on the wall yet, but the pen is definately uncapped and waiting.
Writing on the wall? The the fat lady has not begun to sing. She hasn’t even cleared her throat. Furthermore, she’s not even fat!
The writing you speak of must be the inane dribbling of orcs. As for our bragging rights, I’ll wait until I see our full reports.
I DO know that my idiotic mistake led Elrond and Co. to a Long Rider camp instead of the destination I intended. But it was just to prove that we are more uncoordinated than you, yet despite this handicap we will spank you mightily.
Well, how about this… Dorlas and Lindal are now dead, but we took our share of lumps as well. But you’ve got new problems coming down the road… Snicker
The loss of Lindal is piercing, Dorlas less so: after 23 turns the Silvan Elves still have very good commanders.
I know we killed Erennis, a Curate. Those are harder to replace.
The one positive thing about the disaster at Morannon is that we know exactly how many troops you can have, since we butchered most of them the last few turns.
Now, I plan on strictly heeding my new year’s resolution to cut down on taunts and tirades on the Forum.
