I can’t believe you guys have that many troops at Barad Ungol. We wiped the place clean a few turns ago, and Barad Wath was empty a few turns ago too. I thought that with all those FK troops west of the Anduin, we might catch the FK with his pants down at Barad Ungol.

Actually, I miss kicking around Tonn Varthkur and Krusknak even more. Gildring died with honor, with only a dragon to keep him from victory at Durthang or Morannon. His spirit joins the other ancient heroes at Dagorlad.

Damn, I wish I would have captured The Black Gate instead of destroying it. Gildring’s low raw command rank wouldn’t give it a high loyalty, so I went with the destroy. But had he captured instead, the village would have reported Angurth in the hex and I would have seen my doom beforehand. Then I would have known your SM company wouldn’t target Gildring as I expected. Now sneeky Ji has my artifacts. But I might be getting them back this turn…
I’ll have to generate a new name and let Gildring rest…

Hey! that wasn’t the only victory! We killed Itana Ovan, eliminated the Khand military capability in Khand (though it would have been nice to sack Sturlurtsa), and killed three more DS at Morannon. We didn’t get all we wanted, no. But considering how far ahead we were, we can afford to lose a little ground and still maintain the lead.

Its not going so great where so-called "gimp-nations" like the dragon lord can thwart 3000HC for three turns, seemingly at will [but dont worry the freeps in the north have eradicated ALL the dragon recruiting pop.centres ]. Where the so-called gimp Rhun can hand-off a Major Town to a fellow dark servant and now has more troops in the east than the dwarves. Lets not forget the gimp witch-king [whose mages continue to wreak havoc even as he relocates at will] , the gimp khand [hah!]. Any more gimps in our team and well have to rename ourselves the Dark Rubberfetishists and go “camp” at Imladris…
