Hmm, could it be . . . . ME?! Nah, you wouldn’t be so predictable.

Capital hopping isn’t a new surprise, and one that’s easily dealt with. But again, Nick, you have FAILED to take anyone out. Meanwhile Gondor is on the ropes and you’ve done nothing to help them. How long do you figure you can last before we take down Rohan and South Gondor as well? Characters can only do so much, but armies win games - and your armies have been useless.
But we currently have a great military superiority over the DS. Just because you don’t see our armies doesn’t mean that we don’t have them. And we have had this superiority for many turns; only the presence of dragons in your armies has tipped the scale.
I give the Khand credit for defending 4133 and halting (temporarily) our military campaign there, but if a little luck goes our way with sabotaging the fortifications with very good agents (loaded with artifacts), then we’d be recruiting from a MTown at 4133 right now, or forcing you to take it back. The same goes with Barad Wath. We just don’t think you have the ability to launch a complete offensive in Gondor AND properly defend Mordor. The loss of Durthang and Minas Morgul kinda proves our point. Every time we take your capitals, your loyalties go down, and you’re forced to take them back.
The one useful thing about Victory Points is the guage it gives you for estimating the relative strength of your enemy. One of our nations has a surprising number of VP’s considering his overall troop numbers.
So go ahead and knock your heart out in Gondor. We want you to remain on the offensive so that we can repeat the DS blunder of a poorly defended Minas Morgul and Durthang. Where will the Dog Lord recruit from when we have sacked Morannon? Meanwhile, the IK can testify to Rohan’s defenses.
The only thing I’m worried about are those pesky dragons (Bilious Perrit I see you!) and the DS SM mages with Galadriel’s artifacts (Uthmag I see you too!). It’s really too bad the previous Sinda player missed that turn. Or Urzahil could be toast.
Master Elrond
By the way, I’m not taking anything away from you guys. It’s been an exciting game, exciting because it’s so back-and-forth.
I know you’ve heard me say it before, but it’s worth repeating: this game is going to go on for many more turns. Despite Ben’s confidence about taking out NGondor, we will insure that that doesn’t happen. We’ve learned our lesson and will do as you have done, transferring MTowns to keep all remaining nations in the game.
It’s something I expect the DS will be doing with some of your weaker nations in the upcoming turns.

Military superiority, eh? I’ll laugh when you choke on those words. You have no idea what’s coming.
3-1 over the DS…
I’m your Huckleberry…
<<I give the Khand credit for defending 4133 and halting (temporarily) our military campaign there,>>
And I did it WITHOUT any dragons. I must thank my allies for agent support, though.
I welcome you to send some more armies down here. They won’t last as long as they did last time. The fact the WW army stuck around this long was actually some bad luck on my part. That army would have died 2 turns ago but for a miscalculation involving 2 units of food. Bad luck is everywhere but you have to work through it.

How do you know we don’t already? The FP’s biggest mistake so far has been predictable army movement, well, that and letting the Corsairs go down. It was too late to save the Northmen-- when we saw it coming, it had already happened. But we’ve learned from our mistakes, really we have!
Your biggest mistake of all is not far behind. It’s called “Losing the game”.

Now where’s that Ring…
So freepies, what are you gonna do/take/kill this turn?
3218 must have been a major disappointment to you, all those stumpies so long in the making, so quick in the burning…and the dragon lord capital still stands…
Gondor is awash with our armies, a bridgehead has been formed in your backyard–something you have failed to do to us.
Care to comment?
DENDRA the Deranged
There taunts die out along with their morale. I give it another 5 turns before they throw in the towel. Mwah ha ha ha!!

Towel Catcher
I think u r right, the psychological war is over. we win. goodnight!!!
DENDRA the Drunkard
Silence is sometimes the best weapon in psychological combat, and I can tell from the incessant murmuring of the DS that you are sorely wounded.
A few comments: the LR army commander in Gondor made a mistake moving to Linhir; he saved us the task of running him down in SGondor because now he loses his army.
Your beachhead in Gondor is temporary, and while you have it, it will be a distraction for you, drawing away your resources while the FP press on militarily in NW Mordor.
Minas Morgul and Durthang are the casualties of your offensive in Gondor. Ignore your defenses at your own peril.
Master Elrond
Once again, you haven’t been in Mordor for over 10 turns. Keep trying.
Lug Ghurzan, Minas Durlith, Minas Morgul, Durthang… come again? Not to mention many camps. We probably have as many camps as the DS in the mountains of Mordor.
N.
Minas Tirith, Minas Arthor, Pelargir, Fanuilond… For everything you name in Mordor we have the same in Gondor. But we have armies running all over the place, you guys have squat.
<<We probably have as many camps as the DS in the mountains of Mordor.
::GROAN:: I’m not even commenting on this one!

Hey! That counts as a comment…
