your true colours show at last. Even when defeated you don’t have the courtesy to admit you are getting out because you know you are beaten. Instead we see that sanctamonius claptrap in your last post. Either admit your getting out because you don’t want to have a loss against your name or put up and show some fortitude and play on if you really think you can win, or do the decent thing and conceed defeat. Dropping your position if none of your teammates are doing the same thing is gutless and weak. Prove me wrong Vandal.

Sheesh, vandal. You talk and talk about how you’re winning even as DS nations are going down in flames, and then when it’s 12v8, you pretend you’re doing us some kind of favor.
Sore loser, eh? Ah, well, if your team really is dropping (and, frankly, I have my doubts), this is a win I can be proud of. Our team weathered adversity to strive forward to victory. Not quite as amazing as 231 (which was the most amazing comeback I’ve ever witnessed), but impressive in its down right.

Listen mate, when someone says hey I’m dropping I tend to believe them. If he is not dropping then why say anything. I don’t mind a bit of ribbing on the boards but that was just plain stupid.

Well the truth for me has nothing to do with game 30 and for my part I would play on as I still see victory is possible.
But for my part I dont agree with ME actions over a few other games and wish to register my protest by not playing the game.
If you can tell me how I can play the game and do the above I would be happy to kick you butt all day.

First off, a bug hunt usually means 1 or 2 nations left hopping around off your maps just being a pest, we have quite a few more than just 1 or 2 nations, you have done a decent job, not a super job of hurting us so dont inflate those egos just yet.

by all means express your displeasure at MEPBM, drop the game in question, list your grievances on the forum and instruct MEPBM that you will not be participating in any further games untill a satisfactory resolution is reached for all parties. Dropping this game at this stage would be most unfair on your teammates. At least play on till a replacement is certain.

Herman having played on for many months being less than happy lets just say we all have a limit.
I do not like having personal e mails sent to me with death threats and insults and when I complain get booted from the game as it avoids further problems.
Now that seems very fair to me!
Nor do I appreciate taking the blame as Bruce Fox caused his side to drop as he could not deal with the fact I was on the other side.
I did not insult all the nuetrals causing them to join the other side yet I get threatened with being botted from the game to keep the peace.
Love me or hate me to a man they backed me in game 35 and to have to go to the extent of geting your team to back you over such a issue should not have to be done.
Alas my experience is that ME rather than face an issue try and moderate it and neither side is happy.
That is my experience only but if you play perhaps 10 plus positions why suffer when other games can be played.
As it happens I can leave now as I have been torn for a bit about this, but the action of another mean we are done for anyway.

I know we have had a couple of spats in the past but it never got overly serious. I know you can be very in your face and it seems some of the poeple in your other games have taken it far too seriously. To threaten anyone with physical harm of any sort is way out of line as far as I’m concerned. I for one will be sorry to see you go as most of your posts fire me up in some shape or form.

Actually, having confirred with my allies tonight we will be ending
this game. I will not go into public details as it could embarass
some, but there were some actions and accusations that caused the
finalized decision to drop, not primarily anything you guys may have think you forced us to do.
Good job freeps!! You played a decent game, under other circumstances we could have continued but…
I have played against Jason and Ron in one game in the past and that was a excellent freep team, Im sure we both could say had some things gone differently the
outcome would be different…but oh well…again congrats!! Kudos
mostly to the Ricard (SG and near the end Corsairs), you made this game
the most fun and by far in my book proved to be MVP with your play,
everything else just seemed textbook dogpile and nothing out of the ordinary…until next time!!

Well, if you had 1200HC with st/st against the NM, you would have won, otherwise he would have burned your MT. Ricard was fueling up to burn your cap in 2 turns.
If you had another MT, you could have survived, but that would have pretty much eliminated your army threat.

we did another one weeker, those who tried to recruit me did their best, but like I said alot of factors chose otherwise, nothing to talk about here, as I dont wish to publically slam anyone…but Im free for private commentary
I guarantee you that the FPs had internal issues, most likely similar to those within the DS camp.
Gondor feuds, complete lack of trust of the CO for 10 turns. Egos squabbling over perceived slights. The EO quit talking to anyone about 2 months ago. To name a few examples.
Everyone that stayed on the FP side, and kept the doors of communication open, did a great job. We have faced several coordination problems, but these were overcome by the efforts of the majority to try and try again.
