Game 45

Too late. The turns will be being processed now.

Ouch!!! :frowning: :o Great start for the SK.

Shouldn’t worry. Just means you have more time to think about what to do. Also you get a peek at what everyone else is up to and them wondering what you’re gonna do.

Hail all,

Blackwater Guild would request all diplomatic messages be sent via jmason86@hotmail.com

Here’s to a good game!

-Joel Mason

So how did the first turn go guys?

Terrible. I changed an order forgetting to change another which went with the same plan. So I did none of the 2 things Id planned on doing. No matter I can do that this turn and have been placing things for another complicated set of orders to go through. Nothing on my maps though. Planning a neutral message blitz this weekend though. I have a day off at last.

Macabre report a fine turn,

named characters w/ some nice bonuses…one order fouled up but it’s not a setback at all…just required tweaks w/ future turns…neuts will be mailed…yada yada…and so on …

Quiet here in the South. We are organising a travel northwards to know the South Kingdom before it gets ruins

Ricard
Occitan Kingdom.

Instead of ruins you will find hosts of SK HC armies… Will make quick work
of Occitan LC and HI. Why not it will give the SK armies some practice in
the early part of the game…

Simmer down now boyos…simmer down…

Isn’t it a bit early to be chomping at the bit to get at one another? neutrals are supposed to sit back and build for 10 turns…not march on each other…jeez and you two doing it on the boards rather than in private like so and so did? man this is going to be a crazy game…

Macabre

What does you think I don’t have heavy cavalry? Haven’t you noticed the market movements? No leather no mounts … someone is building up a nice stable

Ricard
Occitan

PS: Usually heavy cavalry has not the hability to swim or fly … and your fleet is not big enough for my warships

Hehe, no leather and mounts. ‘The spell worked lads’…

Now all we need are 4 MTs in the East Bight and we’re sorted. The Eothraim will ride again, Rhovanion shall be ours…

ViceLords chiming in!
The first turn was glorious for us! All things we had planned went as we had hoped. There were no surprises and we are beating the slaves in anticipation of the next fortnight’s adventures.
To Our Neutral Cousins, we entreat thee to visit us on a regular basis in the Halls of Opium. We serve the finest filet of thigh available and squab is a specialty. No head cheese though so the Orcs will have to make do. We do have standards here.
All shall come to know the implicit lies of the “Free Peoples” of this Middle Earth. Only torment awaits them as they fail time and again to bring any change to the world hierarchy! The rich and strong shall rule the weak, and the weak shall Love it!
Onward then and good luck to all. We are sparing no expense for Our brethren, elf kabobs served by drooling dwarven porters await thee. Bring your appetite and let us whet it! Did I say whet? hehehe

"P.S> Quit looking at my (censored)! I know it’s there! "

A glorious first turn. Thats like saying the WK and Rhudaur managed to split off and get their cavalry to join in the same hex, with the infantry marching out and getting met by Freep armies. Thus the illusion that only one Rhudaur army remains unaccounted for. Cardolan is then in trouble. Now thats glorious, are you sure grandiose posturing isn’t one of your SNA’s. Talking about kebabs we elves love trees don’t you know. Lots of available pointy sticks to skewer an orc on.

:frowning: Dearest Lionatus,

We regret the verbage of speaking in tongues eludes you. We were commenting on the Fourth Age skirmish. How odd that you recall a time long forgotten when the Elves and Dwarves wanted nothing to do with Middle Earth. They wanted a hobbit to carry the One Ring into Mordor and destroy it. Heavens forbid that an elf risk his immortality for a lesser being. The greedy grasping humans were the saviors of the day, not elves.
So to speak adversely of the ViceLords is absurdity! We know full well your realms and cousins have no honor to protect. Orcs on spears indeed. One would think the delusions you suffer from are not induced by the hobbit’s leaf.
Perhaps you fancy yourself a Dark Lord, then? Perhaps we can help you with that grandiose contemplation. Yes, let us help you ascertain your greatness.
Such an easy thing to do…just send your king to an agreed upon hex and we will enlighten him.

Yes well the wine is a little stronger nowadays and it is a little hard not to blur the lines when spirit-walking. es I suppose the DS would regard history as odd not keeping records themselves. Not really a surprise though as you lost. Lets hope you make the game a little more interesting this Age. If you didn’t like the spears idea you only needed to say. The timber can be used for arrows instead allowing for more skewer for the price of one. As for my king he’s in hex 1823 this turn if you want to see him.

Geez, 3 pages of posts and we havent even hit turn 2 yet!!!

Yes we have :stuck_out_tongue:

On a more serious note the Silverin turn went well. Only a couple of surprises but thats cool. Having so many chars able to scry is excellent. If I’ve emailed you then thats good, if not then I apologise. All complaints on the forum please…lol.
