All in support of a castrated rump Haradwaith. Meanwhile, Dol Guldor is an Eothraim Major Town (yes, not Town…). Shame, everyone there simply refused and disappeared it seems. What a bunch of spineless ninnies, wot?
But the Servants are having resounding success on the 16 road… Nothing in Rhun, really, nothing in the Eoplex, the much vaunted Northern Mirkwood assault has faltered into…nothing?? And of course, Rhudaur is going to start burning like the house of Men at Arms cards it is.

And I hope Khamul is not to upset with the EO for the remodeling of his old home. Well the people did kick you out and it only took a few harsh words at that. The MT is very nice, but we found all those walls very stuffy, and they blocked to view of the Elves. Who I might say enjoyed the hanging of Duran this week, it was a widly attended event…more to come I’m sure.
Frankly, I’m disappointed. Rhudaur and Harad burn. DS doing nothing in Rhun or Rhovanion. Nothing in Mirkwood or Umbar. Nothing frankly, that I can see. Disappointed, that is me.
Beoraborn will make this wager: one troll thumb, 2 orc claws, 1 very large warg paw, and a bag full of “interesting” goblin index fingers that says Mt Gundabad gets burned before Barad-dur.
Tarondor doesn’t quite know what might be done with the items that Beoraborn has put forward in his initial wager proposal.
As a counterproposal, if Beoraborn would put forward a wager of 3000 kegs of Mirkwood Moonshine, then Tarondor will wager 3000 cases of Gondorian Gewurztraminer. Barad-dur will fall quickly if the troops hear that they win that most coveted elixer.
You guys keep up the group hugging and the patting each other on the butt. Yuk it up all you want. So far you really haven’t done anything over and above what a competent FP team oughtta. Granted, you may be ahead of “normal” schedule on some things, but no doubt you are behind in other areas.

As to the value of being ahead of schedule, an old saying comes to
mind: “Time is money.” And money is what you DS are in short supply of. Hmmm… Could us being “ahead of schedule” actually be reducing your money faster than you’d like?
Many argue on this very forum that MEPBM is a game of economics. Harad is hurting bad for money. Rhu is hurting bad for money. Dragon Lord is hurting bad for money. It’s a good thing that food is at 2, eh? Ahh. That’s the area where we wish we were doing better. Food is at 2. I already pointed out that small victory for you guys. Of course you bought a TON of food earlier in the game at 2… So… um… maybe there’s a payoff for someone, somewhere. Oh. yeah. The FP didn’t buy food at 2 but we get to sell it at 2. hmmmm well, as I said, it’s a small victory. And you killed a dwarf.

Drew - agreed we’re friends. but in this game we’re enemies. And your side is doing worse than I’d want to be doing were I in your shoes. No doubt about it. In the game where you and I are playing together as DS, we were doing much better on T5 than you guys are in this one. no denying it Drew… no denying it… Look at both Rhu & HA… not even a close comparison…
