i think not; the Dk Lts have not moved Heavy Cavalry into Mithlond yet. Nor has urzahil reached 100 rank in emissary and mage yet.
when one of those two things happens then the game can end. give me a couple turns!
Ji challenged Marahil and then sliced Belechael. Celdrahil toasted too. Gondor is losing momentum, Operation Spite is sputtering. Meanwhile Bulrakur is starting to gobble up MT’s. The Eoplex is on it’s way, Iron Hills and that lazy, annoying Sinda city way up there is about to turn to the Dark Side.
And our emissaries have finally punched back in after an extended coffee break.
Oh right, it seems the Free are down at least 1 more nation, we see pops degrading. Which means the last solo berserker crashing the Trollshaw party will be pushed back and hugely pressured. Murazor is pleased.

Operation Spite moves ahead, small time now, though. Pressure at the gates. NG in Steel, nice touch - 1 DS dead, another captured, another injured badly - shows what troop modifiers can do… Now we have a Sinda invasion towards Morannon…sigh, we’ve been celebrating for weeks now, maybe we’ll turn our attention to actually finishing the job… 
We’re soaking up NG (Go Doggie Go~!) and reclaiming the South. With Arthedain out it’s reset and renew time for Rhuduar as WK cleans up much of the map. The Sinda is next and will collapse in Mirkwood shortly.
Either we have a determined Bug Hunt going on or the FP are working on the One Ring. 1st of 2 games with 4 DS neutrals. This one has dragged (excellent work by Gondor to maintain pressure on Ithil and spitefully pound the South…but those guys have left…) and unless that little icon at the mouth of the Anduin is bringing the Big Prize back to land, I suspect it’ll drag on a little more…
