Tell you what Master, let’s you an I, set up a non-aggression accord. I’m even willing to go one step further and state that any hostile actions taken against you will be viewed as an attack on the mighty nation of Harad. All I ask is you do the same in return. The two of us combined could be the strongest block in Middle Earth. I also understand your need for expansion so feel free to camp right up against me in the xx36 row. Only enemies have to fear build ups next to them, not friends. I raise a glass to our new friendship if you would like to accept it.

Dunlendings here. I welcome correspondence from everyone. The more you talk to me, the better the chance of recruiting me.
I won’t automatically go Free; I won’t join a side just because it’s winning or to balance the sides.
I will join the side that communicates well. I will go on scouting missions rather than sitting at home training. I will give away pop centres/money/product/artifacts if required but I expect the same in return.
I won’t lie as to which side I’m joining but when I decide to go one way, the opposing team will only find out when my armies are on their pop centres.
