Destruction!!? But those dwarves that came knocking at the gates said they would do a free ārenovationā of the cities and to come back in five turns or so when they were done. They even said they would do the gem-encrusted pillar bits free of chargeā¦and I believed them. :mad:
Hold on my freind you did not read the fine print if additional work is necessary additional charges may apply .The estimate was for basic labor only since you were infested with termites all of the wooden parts of the structure had to be removed ieā¦demolished and then hauled away.Refurbishment was not possible total reconstruction was the only answer and that will take longer also if you read more closely that is faux gem encrusted pillar(singular).Anyway it may be some time before you may move back in since this is tedious and exacting work no estimate on time or cost is possible at this time so we will do the job on a cost plus 50% basis
